Customer Service Administrator

Randstad is partnering with a well-established technical solutions provider to find an organised and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy, supportive environment and takes pride in delivering quality service and operational support.

About the role
In this position, you’ll play an important part in coordinating daily operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly between subcontractors, technicians, internal teams, and clients. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities will be key to your success.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily support and communication to subcontractors and technicians

• Respond to client and technician queries via phone and email

• Prepare and distribute operational and performance reports

• Support the field team with device and app troubleshooting

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance standards are met

• Handle a range of administrative and coordination tasks

What we’re looking for

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Confident with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)

• Previous experience in customer service or operations support

• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
